Aloha! We have a lot today: Seasons patch, Seasons Poll, and a notice to changes in patreon payments!

This is the patch for the seasons pre-patch + WW Public/Patreon patchs.  So many Patches!  Please make sure to update your Wicked Whims and Basemental Drugs mods if you haven't done so already as they required an update for the Seasons pre-patch too!
Changelog

  • Seasons Pre-Patch Patch and patches for the new versions of WW (both patreon and public versions of WW supported). A lot needed patching… I’ll spare you the details.
  • Added support for WW club activates to the Prostitutes auto reject filter. Now if your prostitute is in a club with WW sex or WW swing sex as an activity then during the club gathering their auto-reject filter will now be temporarily disabled!
  • Fixed bug where prostitutes would say no to sex with ‘dates’ during the new escort date client call event 

Changes to Payment:
   So, I'm not sure if many of you noticed.  But before today, when any of you pledged to me you actually weren't charged at the day of the pledge.  If you stuck around until the first of the next month, then and only then were you charged.  As you can imagine, this is not ideal for the kind of content I create and the pay-up-front option that many other mod authors use wasn't available to me.  

   Well, good news!  Recently I was graced by the Patreon overlords with this option!  So, what does this mean?  If you are already a Patron to me (as you'd have to be to read this) then nothing changes for you.  You will get charged at the start of the next month.  However, please note that if you do unpledge from me now for whatever reason then the next time you pledge you will be charged immediately on the day of the pledge and then the 1st (sometimes the 2nd depending on how slow patreon is) of every month from then on for the duration of your pledge.  

Seasons Poll!

I'm pretty jazzed about seasons, like really jazzed and I'd like to make some seasons specific content sometime in the future, but I'd also like to know that many of you would use it!  So this is a poll to see how many of you would be getting seasons (either now or in the future) so I can make a judgement call for how much time I'd invest in seasons specific content when that time comes (don't worry, caged bird is still my focus right now!).

Lol, I understand, I was being overdramatic to try to make the poll more fun. But it's essentially a yes/no question on whether or not you'll have the expac installed, so I know if I worked on seasons specific stuff, I'd know that, at least in theory, you and other patrons would be able to enjoy it.

Hey and thank you for your support! The patreon version is always the most up to date, even if the LL version is released at a later date, the patreon version has more features and is in general more stable. Before installing the Patreon version it would be a good idea to delete the public version files from your computer and wipe your sims 4 cache as shown here: <a href="http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/help/cache.php" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/help/cache.php</a> Let me know if you have any more questions or issues!

Hey Nisa - Love your mod. Just wanted to ask about the tuning on the Call Center lot trait. I have been using it for a couple of days and have noticed that I am getting calls constantly, like every 2 minutes when my sim is on the lot. Is there a way that this could be turned down? Also I am getting calls through when my sims is servicing someone - Is there anyway that calls could be stopped when she has accepted a job, then restarted when it ends? Finally - Is there a way that we could filter calls, so that they only come through from specific genders. My sim is straight and she is getting 90% of her calls from females. Sorry that was meant to be one question, but as started typing thought of more. ;) Thanks again for a great mod.

Hey Omega and thank you for your support! You'll be happy to know that I actually really don't like the way the lot trait functions right now and I'll be overhauling it. When originally pushed it out before the pre-patch I was rushing to get the update out before seasons release and the other kind of client call (escort dates, the normal client calls your prostitutes will get anywhere) took a lot of time to get right. Anyways, I think, given how unpredictable the drama node scheduler can be (that's why you are seeing a call every 2 min instead of every 15 min) that disabling calls while a client is with you would be a good idea. This would limit a prostitute to servicing one client at a time while on the lot but I could add something like group calls in the future, where a sim and his buddy calls asking for group sex. Also, I don't like how the clients don't come to greet your sim when they spawn on the lot. You have to go searching for them. I was looking into a solution for this prior to release but because of how rushed I was, it didn't make the cut in time. But, this is a change that will be coming too. As for gender filter calls? That's a fun idea.... hmmmmmmmm I'd want to do it via the phone interactions. I'll need to do some research!

Do you think it'd be possible to create a lot trait for a 2nd or higher outfit within a category. Say, when a sim is at their home they have to change into Everyday outfit #1, but when they go to a friend's or their outfit will be changed to Everyday #2 due to a corresponding lot trait at that property? Another question I had was very far from your other mods, but you're so talented you may be able to create this so I'll ask...Is there a way for there to be a mod that affects infertile sims that have the family oriented trait? I'd like them to have sad buffs when around children and babies or even around objects/decorations meant for use by toddlers/children. I want my sim couple to keep try infertility treatments and trying for a baby, but they keep failing or having miscarriages and them to have random stress and sadness kick in when triggered by seeing something on the kid's TV channel or being near the younger sims or even when they go and sit in their pre-arranged baby nursery they'd set before they learned of their infertility.

Hey Lana Liz, thank you for all your support. I definitely have the ability to do both of your suggestions. For the first one, something similar is actually my fall back plan for adding 'prostitute outfits' to prostitutes that advertise they are ready to be autonomously solicited by clients, doing it as a general lot trait independent of my perverted creations is a bit outside of my plans. Are you familiar with a modder known al LittleMsSams ( <a href="http://littlemssam.de/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://littlemssam.de/</a> )? She makes lot traits like the one you are suggesting and may be willing to put it together if you can convince her of it's usefulness. As for the infertile trait, that sounds like it would be an overhaul. Since the infertility trait is one of TURBO's traits, have you tried running this idea past him? What did he have to say? For me, personally, I'm a bit against doing overrides because of how many problems they can create so I'd rather create a new infertility trait variant to encapsulate all the features you'd want. However, this does sound like it would be a bit of a detour and take a good bit of time to create. Perfect for a commissioned style project. Unfortunately, at this time I'm not taking commissions which will take a lot of time because I'm so eager to work on and release my caged bird and succubus occult state addons. If you would still like to commission the infertility trait then I can make a note and inform you when I'll start taking larger commissions so we can discuss features and price in more detail then? Otherwise if you'd not like to get this trait commissioned then, or try to poke other MA to see if they'd do it then that's perfectly fine too.

I am very familiar w/ LittleMsSam and her lovey mods as I currently have a ton of them :) however she told me that she will only put out mods that she herself plans to use in her game play so was unwilling to do my previous lot request. :( I have posted on TURBO's pattern, but have not checked for a reply yet. LOL I messaged TURBO and they directed me back to you as they are not doing work affecting relationships. If you do get some time to do commissions please let me know of a price quote if you can. I have never done a commission before so I'm not sure if I'd be able to afford it or not. :)

I agree I love the new lot trait. With the escort calls when sims want to meet up for some loving, would it be possible to make a lot trait that designated certain lots as escort hook up locations? So they aren't randomly going to houses with other residents..lol. If there was such a lot trait then I could designate bars, seedy hotels, maybe the park etc..or some wealthy sim homes as the escort hook up zones..just a suggestion. Keep up the great work love your mods!
