Hi everyone!! Just a quick update - the switcher died so for the livestream we are currently stuck on a fixed wide angle.

Very sorry about that, but unfortunately there’s not a whole we can do at the moment.

Imagine if the switcher was a person and they were just casually saying "hey sorry guys, our camera guy George died so we're stuck with just a wide shot now"

Add it to your watchlist, connect your YouTube account to your smart TV or Apple TV or whatever and then watch it on a big screen. It's OKish then. I couldn't watch it on my laptop, it gave me a headache. Although I have to say that the most infuriating thing for me was being called a troll in the chat. I've been supporting this show from day 1, I tell other people about it whenever I can, I'm in the 20 USD tier, I'm running around with a t-shirt that says "proud patron" and it's perfectly reasonable to point out that the camera angle is "extremely underwhelming". It's actually terrible incorrect to call it "extremely underwhelming" as the proper way to describe it isn't exactly possible with PG 13 words...

Unfortunately no. Again, the final version will have different angles. We DO have multiple cameras.

Totally let down. Had a few friends over and bought pizza to watch the event. Will definitely need to think about our patreon contribution since every exclusive video so far has shown up on YouTube for free.

no it hasn't only last years exhibition matches did to entice new patreons,t ehy are not going to do that, the player commentaries and the ebhind the scenes are all exclusive to us. Live evnts were never meant to be exclsuive jsut first view

Well it does come down to the product and what's delivered. I went to the Facebook page to see about why 5 hours later it wasn't rendered and subsequently I saw the subposed "masterpost" while scrolling and FB has a reply or two revealed from that post and it spoiled the FFA. So I haven't watched the show but I know the winner already. It's a mixture of knowing your platform and knowing your product. Maybe when I wake up in 8 hours I can actually watch the show around 9amPST before work.
