I mean they have to watch on tbh. Otherwise, if they only watch the anime up until the point where the next live action season comes out, they will be 60 when they finish One Piece. It just doesn’t make sense to avoid getting spoiled for watching the tertiary medium that only adapts the Manga and Anime. If you found love for the story and the whole world of One Piece you have to watch it till the end.

In episode 29 he appeared again… the most important character in all of One Piece… Pandaman 😂 To clarify: Pandaman is a joke character that appears every once in a while. In episode 29 he can be seen as part of Don Krieg‘s crew when they all board the little boat, but he also been seen as part of Kuro‘s crew before (and in other scenes as well)

Loved the new intro, at least I hadn't seen it before. Looked great! I would strongly encourage you both to group episodes 35, 36, and 37 together. I know you do 2 at a time but thematically the three together really fit the best. Either way, I love the reactions and I am excited for Arlong Park!

14:02 Japanese doesn't have a litany of curse words like English does. If you want to express the same sentiment, you use the casual or non-formal versions of polite words. Ojisan, literally "Uncle", is the polite form, where O and San denote respect individually, using both makes it extra respectful. Jiji on the other hand has neither. You'll hear it a lot in any anime, and the honorifics -kun / -chan (to someone younger than the speaker, or as endearment in general), -san (to someone the same age or older than the speaker), and -sama, in acending order of reverence, but -sama is often translated as "lord" or "lady". It's more complex than this, but it should give you the gist of what the characters are trying to convey where translations might be a bit off or weird.
