Our crew has rolled up on a ROUGH island! This time we reallyyyy can't wait for Luffy to deliver a Gum Gum Pistol to the face. Bellamy can kick rocks. Even so, we were so proud of Luffy and Zoro for being the bigger pirates 😭❤️. Love this crew so much. Thanks for watching and we'll see you for the next one!

funny thing is the japanese word "ita" means "plank" but also "ouch". That's why chopper reaches usopp another plank even tho he just hitted his thumb with the hammer. :D

I struggle to understand why Luffy let themselves get beat up. I think it's to prove a point that they can take it. Zoro does it like on a dare because Luffy said they're not fighting. I think it was a trial for both of them. Also the first time I saw it looked brutal but in actuality they looked pretty bad but I think it was something they could easily recover from - although - I think they would have done it even close to death... but I think the Bellamy gang didn't have enough power. So I think they were really beat up. The point was not to fight. Both of them had gotten beat up pretty badly in the past, for reasons, in pursuit of their dreams. Maybe in this case the meaning was in not fighting. Even in this altercation, they risk their lives for their dreams. I think that must be the reason.

I just take it as he was doing what nami wished and showed restraint that he can not cause problems everywhere they go, I’m unsure though
