JJK is the longest, most boring story (practically non existent) and just pure action packed carried by recency hype. FMAB and Death Note are 2 FANTASTIC stories, less fighting and more story focused and both are very short and get you hooked almost instanly. Both those shows stood the test of time and remain 2 of the best anime ever 20 years later and in my opinion I experience girls tend to like them more than just pure action like JJK those are my thoughts on it

Not gonna lie. I wish we had more choices besides DeathNote FMB or JJK there is barely any difference in themes between these and they can feel alittle overated in the reactor space. What about like a sports anime or idk slice of life or even a different shonen imo

Fairy Tail, My Hero Academia, Magi……. All three of those are anime I recommend as well outside of the realm of “the greats”. Still fantastic anime. But out of these three I definitely would choose JJK
