There is a moment I can’t wait for yall to react to regarding a campfire.

The way this season recontextualizes and builds upon everything that came before it is second to none, the rise of the Jaegerists is among the most effective portrayals in media of the rise of fascism. The deification of the military, glorification of martyrdom for the good of the state, the otherization of your nation's enemies as evil and monsters, ratification of a ' the ends justify the means' approach to war--particularly regarding civillian casualties. Laid out plainly it's textbook facism, yet In seasons 1-3 when we believed Titans were actually inexplicable monsters all of those actions seemed noble and were approved of by the audience, characters, and narrative itsef. But when it's become more and more clear over time that our enemy is in fact other humans, well...all of that jingoistic nationalism seems a lot less righteous! It's the reason I said a handful of episodes ago the character of Erwin gets way less likable over time as I rewatch the show. As the show goes on we get to see the natural result of a more modern nation led and inspired by people like Erwin--and it's an ugly sight to me.

Speaking in theory: they've read your comment, and when they arrive at said campfire scene there's going to be some kind of expectation, waiting for a certain moment. That defeats the purpose of a reaction channel. Ideally they'd react to the content without any kind of bias from outside, but when people keep telling them to upload episode X, Y, and Z together or to react to a campfire scene or whatever, it can affect the way they react to the content
