One fun little fact that might be missed. Attack on titan is actually a mistranslation, the show in japanese is called "shingeki no kyojin" which is the phrase used whenever they talk about the attack titan, but calling the show "attack titan" wouldn't make as much sense.

I think it's a cooler reveal for non-Japanese speakers (that didn't have anything spoiled or look it up intentionally). Because then that drop is like "holy shit" vs. if you spoke Japanese you'd be like "well, duh. That's the name of the show."

"Attack on Titan" was a misinterpretation while translating, the show in English should have actually been named "Attack Titan" as in, "Shingeki no Kyojin" like the Original name in Japan, thus revealing the answers have ALWAYS been there in our faces.

Sorry but I'd strongly advise against this, I'd rather them see season 4 without any spoilers in tone or content. Even the first 10 seconds of the trailer (just watched) is going to have their reaction be a bit less magical. I'd prefer they go in ready for anything but having seen nothing!

Love how observant you guys are, truly the peak reaction content. These last episodes of the season are alot to take in information wise but you two handle it execptionally well, way better than i did on my first watch. Thank you for giving this show the attention it deserves. I really recommend giving the show a rewatch in the future if you guys ever find the time, its something else reliving the story knowing whats to come. Looking forward to the final season.

Kruger had reasons for not employing his plan earlier. It would’ve set humanity on a more arduous path. Especially when it came to Dina, Dina herself was like an attack vector! Kruger didn’t let her become a titan out of fear for her, but for what would happen if Marley had an endless supply of royal blood. In the end, it was for the benefit of humanity, at least that's what Kruger thought. It's up to your personal opinion to decide if what he did was right or wrong.

I'm with you there. I wish they would watch and react to all the openings as they were happening, regardless of the so-called spoilers. We all watched them when we were watching the show - I never met anyone who skipped them because of spoilers, that's silly. Intros and their music are a huge part of the overall experience of shows and anime in particular and it's sad that people would choose to skip them completely thinking they are improving their experience, when the opposite is true.

'attack' isn't a good translation, 進撃 more so means charge/advance. But it doesn't roll off the tongue as nicely in English.
