I bet you didn't expect to hear from me again so soon. I actually wrote this meditation in the middle of making blood banquet liaison. Instead of making this at the time, I decided to push through and finish blood banquet, despite the pressure to publish a video fast. Now that it's all wrapped up, I spent the last week or so preparing, filming and dubbing a meditation to reset and center your mind in this world that demands ever more of us.
