a fun video about my new years resolutions. do we still make those? is there any point anymore? do people still believe in the future? I am out of touch with normal people's experiences outside of my crystal shaped goth colored patchouli scented lemon sugar cookie flavored bubble of sloth and gluttony. that or I've completely lost the ability to relate to people for the weekend. if this was tone deaf, let me know. otherwise I'm gonna assume we are pretending the "situation" isn't happening and everyone is at least mildly excited it's a new year. I raise my spicy tea that things will be better for all of us this year and send fun and healing and prosperity your way. cheers 🍸

I’m thinking this year I should find a bigger apartment, would be quite nice to have an office and also to be there for my niece

Easy Salmon Teriyaki (2 servings): 1 lb Atlantic salmon 1-2 tbsp shoyu 2 tbsp mirin 4-5 tbsp water (optional) chopped green onions 1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a pan (~10"). 2. Cut salmon into 1-1.5" cuts and add to pan (skin to the side). 3. Cook on medium-high heat for 3-4 min on each side. 4. Add green onions (optional) and briefly sear the salmon on either side on high heat. 5. Serve on rice or with veggies. Tips: + A thicker cut of salmon is best. + Sockeye salmon will NOT work with this recipe (too fishy). + Adjust shoyu/mirin for saltiness/sweetness respectively. It takes 15-20min from start to finish, and it is both tasty and healthy. Good luck with the resolutions, and please remember that personal joy is important, too.
