☼ July Ritual (Patreon)

Update: The offering has been served on the night of the 31st. I buried the letters containing all our gratitude under a hazelnut tree in the moonlight, marked by these flowers.

Along with it I buried a few pieces of fruit. Not a lot fit because the ground was solid as my cold shoulder towards narcissists. So I left the rest out for the animals.

Both are acceptable ways of giving back to the Earth because honoring her children is honoring her. I know it was received because when I got home I felt this rush of overwhelming happiness. I like to imagine that had something to do with a rabbit having a sugar rush from the delicious fruit. I don't know, it just seems like a fun thought. 

Since then it has rained a ton and the water should have carried the nutrients deep into the ground, feeding the tree.
