 ⛥ Shopping list for this recipe: 

10.5 oz ground beed + pork
1 small onion
1 medium egg
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 generous tsp sea salt
freshly cracked pepper to taste
plenty of sunflower oil for frying 

I said med heat but if med heat is not enough to brown them within two minutes on each side, try med-high.
