Traffic Noise #1 (Patreon)
Content
I always really enjoyed creating ambience in particular and even though this video took as much effort as pressing a button every 10 minutes, I'm happy to add this to my video collection. I've noticed that my channel for me has become kind of a personal collection and an ambition to create my own little universe on the internet except that I collect and display videos I made myself. "So like a portfolio?" Hot damn yes that's accurate.
For a first attempt, what do you think? Everytime I see traffic ambience videos I think "I wanna be the one who makes those!" and this is my starting point on that chapter. They'll be a lot prettier once I have a nicer camera that picks up low light. I added my own note to it by changing the colors to a cyberpunk dystopia with cyan lights and a red sky. If you hate the color, you might want to check out the true color instead.
I feel like there is a disproportionate number of motorcycles in this video. I never noticed how many there are compared to cars, definitely more than I had ever expected. They're also really noisy so I edited them all to make them quieter for comfortable listening. I don't want anything super noisy to catch you off guard while you try to relax. The only other thing I had to edit out was too much wind. Also a pinecone almost fell on my head - that's the small noise you might hear at a little after 33 minutes.
I hope you enjoy this lengthy white noise and maybe even some people watching or traffic watching (is that a thing?) and I hope I can put my face into one of the next videos again but forgive me if I'm unable as I happen to be under a lot of stress. Cheers!
