It seems that raffles are against Patreon's TOS.

Sooooo.... what could I do to handle the requests?

Perhaps instead of raffles, you could make requests open once ever two months. Like take a break after this month and perhaps open them again on May, then take another two month break, and so on and so forth.

The way you originally had it wasn't so much a Raffle, It was more, Everyone gets a chance, just in a Random Order over the course of a couple months, and that should be totally fine.

Dang thats quite a lot. Well you need to have it where you say you'll do x amount per week, or per time frame. Whichever works for you. So like 5 per week or something. That is quite a lot though.
