Information/FAQ for $50 backers (Patreon)

Hi!

Thanks for backing us (or considering to back us) at a whopping $50! As a $50 backer, you get to request an episode for the show!

What does that mean?
It means you get to request an episode of How2Wrestling on the topic of your choice!

Really? Any topic??
Well, almost any topic. We do have some rules for requesting an episode.
1. It must have at least a tenuous link to wrestling. If you're not sure, ask!

2. Kefin must know enough about it to record a 1 - 2 hour podcast with Jo about it. Kefin may have an extensive knowledge of wrestling, but he also has his areas of speciality. $50 is a lot of money and we want to make sure we do your request justice! If Kefin feels he doesn't know enough about the topic you've requested we may ask that you change your request/cancel your backing, because we want to do the best possible job we can.

3. We may ask you to change your request. Not to give anything away, but we had an episode request for a tag team which involved a particularly significant wrestler that would definitely need his own episode at some point. By way of compromise the plan changed to make the episode about that person, including/emphasising the tag team aspect. The backer can pick matches, areas they specifically want us to focus on and so on.

If for whatever reason, your request doesn't fulfil one of the rules, we'll either come to a compromise (as mentioned above), ask you to change your request or you're free to back out altogether, no hard feelings.

As we’re getting quite a lot of requests for episodes, we’re trying to record them on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. There’s a high likelihood we won’t get every episode done in the month that’s been backed for, so if that happens we’ll add your request to our ongoing episode plan, and keep adding your requests to that so long as you keep backing us at that level!

One more thing - as a $50 backer you get to name our non-existent child. Anything you like, and we'll read it out at the end of the episode.
