Ok, here we go... There seems to be a lot of confusion today, well I will explain what I have done today.

Then I have posted here, the same image, in two different encrypted files. One you need 7zip or WinRar (and not WinZip) as I indicated you, plus the decryption key I sent you by DM. The other, in self-executable exe format, which in principle is to double click and asks you for the decryption key, which I send you by DM.

Instructions on how to decrypt the image, with a guide of the image:

As I said, it's actually easier for everyone. Of course, I do it on a PC which is where I recommend you decrypt it. Both programs exist for Windows and iOS, there is an app similar like WinRar for Android. For ipad or iphone I do not know, sorry.
