Votes and voting power (Patreon)

Good morning friends! It's a beautiful monday!
I've now made it so that our Praetorians has exclusive voting power, alongside our Senate and our Olympus. Praetorians will have a 1/3 voting power to the Senate, meaning a Senate vote is 3 times stronger than a Praetorian vote. Nonetheless, there's a lot more Praetorians than Senates, so I think this is fair!

Praetorians will also be allowed access to all earlier votes.
