Patron perks (Patreon)

Good morning friends! I've been thinking about updating some of the patron perks. Specifically the poll perk. This would mean, that Praetorians ($10) would be allowed to vote in the polls. HOWEVER! The Senate would keep a 3:1 voting power over the Praetorians. This means, that if two Praetorians has voted for one thing, but one Senate member has voted for another, the Senate wins the vote. Makes sense?

This would of course result in a few different things!
Number 1; More diverse vote results
Number 2; Better vote results
Number 3; Better community engagement
