Upload Notes: Swallowed by Shoebill (Patreon)

I was given an excellent request from a patron this month to write a Shoebill story, just like I've wanted to for awhile, haha~ This was a lot of fun to write, Shoebill is an extremely cute character and I've been itching to write something for Kemono Friends for awhile. I actually had a short hook to a Shoebill story that never went anywhere, I wonder if I can dig that up again...

This was also my first time in a long time having to write in second-person! Part of the request was writing the story in that perspective. It was a good workout, my head is normally so wrapped around third-person past tense that I had to keep doubling back to fix horrible typos. There's some fascinating emotions to explore in the second-person and character x reader stories can be quite popular, so I'm glad I could expand out some more with this request~

I was given a lot of freedom with this request, and part of what I did with that was... go to vore, haha. I was really craving a vore story, and Shoebill is one of the few characters I'll actually directly associate with vore scenarios. I also had wanted to write something for Vore Day, just a very quick piece, buuuuut unfortunately that didn't pan out as expected! But I'm still interested in trying to write short-short stories, like actual shorts. Maybe in the near future we'll be seeing more of that?
