I used any reference images you provided with your submissions for the image above~ Some of ya didn't provide any reference images so I had to go with what I found on google.

Anastasia Levine- " ... I would like a microfoam gag, her hands tied behind her back and around her chest  her thighs, legs and feet tied as well and barefoot no shoes or sock just wearing the the teal legging and a scared look on her face. "

Fuu- " She's tied up kinda like Yang here: deviantart.com/magnolia-baillon/art/Just-Yanging-Out-628233562  Just that she's standing and not sitting ... seems she's been nabbed by a couple of baddies, and one of 'em is taking the liberty to cop a feel (Which she is none too pleased about :P)  She's staring daggers at her captors, and is definitely gonna have a few 'choice' words for them when she gets free. "

Miria Harvent- " In the anime version, Miria and her partner in crime Isaac Dian engage in a series of wacky robberies (think Bonnie and Clyde meets the Marx Brothers). The scenario could be Miria tied up as part of a trick to lure a "noble gentleman" into rescuing her, while Isaac waits behind some boxes to get the jump on their target).   For the bindings, try giving subtle visual clues that Miria's bondage is part of a set-up; she'd be unmoving while her legs are untied, a sign could be hung around her neck reading DAMSEL IN DISTRESS, PLEASE ASSIST, and she be completely at ease despite her arms being tied behind her back and the OTM cloth gag over her mouth. Maybe she'd even be blushing at thought of Isaac seeing her like this, all while her "rescuer" calls to her from out of frame. "

Rin Tohsaka- " Ehhh, situation wise... let’s have her kidnapped by a creep and tied to a pole or something "

Susan- " Wouldn't mind seeing her in the cliche' moment of being tied up and gagged sitting in a creaky, wooden chair (coz she's a naughty and snoopy gal!).   Rope bindings and duct tape for the gag (keeping it classy!).  How she is tied...you decide.  :) "

Ashe- " Scenario - Imagining that the scenario takes place before the events of the game, Ashe, going under the alias "Amalia" to hide her true identity, was captured by Imperial soldiers and placed in a dungeon awaiting to be interrogated about her involvement with the Resistance. The guards there decided they wanted to be...extra careful with her.  Bindings - Rope, her wrists are tied above her head, it's high to the point where she can only stand on her toes, with the other end of the rope tied to a wall anchor. Her hands also have rope tied around them, making moving them harder. Rope is tied around her chest, thighs, calves, and ankles. Her boots and socks have been taken off of her feet. She is gagged with her sock stuffed in her mouth and a cleave gag wrapped over it. "

Kairi- " Scenario: Kairi's friend Caitlin (https://sta.sh/01vmpko2eu8l) designed a game called 'Dragons and Maidens' which she often plays with the (usually no so willing) Kairi. In this (roleplay) game Caitlin, the evil and dominant dragon, captures Kairi, the maiden, and then ties her up before threatening to 'eat' (tease/bully) her if she can't escape within a set time. Although Kairi doesn't like to be tied up, she sometimes lets Caitlin do as she pleases, since the latter loves it so much. Bindings: Tied up with rope and gagged with a stuffed tape/OTM gag or a stuffed cleave gag. Either tied to a chair or hogtied. Whichever pose you prefer drawing~ "

Suzuha Amane- " At various parts in the series, Suzuha would face off against a motorcycle helmet-wearing assassin to protect her friends ... In this scenario, the assassin tries to get rid of Suzuha first so she doesn't interfere with their plans.  Suzuha is hidden away in the lab's bathroom or the assassin's van. One of her socks is used as mouth stuffing with duct tape wrapped around it. She's bound with tape and her hands are wrapped into tape mittens. Her cellphone is nearby, but she is unable to dial or answer calls with her taped up hands. "

" As for how she is tied, we’ll let’s say that Nora  got fed up with the how Jaune and Pyrrha were dancing around one another and decided to do something about it! She has a ball gag in her mouth with a cute blush on her face, her hands tied up behind her back, and ropes going above and below her breast. She’s frogtied with a crotchrope, and on the side it says, for Jaune, love Nora, with more grinning in the background of the pic. "

I do believe that's it! Also as I type this out I've decided, since this is our first fan art poll and I wanna have a lil fun with it, the OC that gets the most votes (despite placement in the poll) will get a lil sketch drawn as well~ :P This doesn't apply to Magnolia tho XP I wanna give another OC a chance to shine!~ I may end up doing a separate OC sketch poll in the future or something, but for now, get to voting! >:3c
