Here's a little unguided tour of the Dark Art Emporium in Long Beach, CA. I took this video at the opening of the Tiny Terrors show. They've been doing this show for 6 years now. That's why the 666. This is their 3rd location and the best in my opinion. They now have a pizza place and bar in the front called the 4th Horseman. As you Can hear they play a lot of death metal, thrash metal, and black metal in there.

I like that they've taken their initial idea of being a dark art gallery and just expanded the concept into a resturaunt. The atmosphere and environment of the place is totally unique. The artist Jeremy Cross had huge part in that, he did the murals on the wall and I believe took on a lot of the overall decor.

Jeremy Cross and Jeremy Schott are the two masterminds of the operation.

Schott founded the gallery after working in documentaries and video production for live metal bands and pro wrestling. He would go on tour with metal bands, and in all the cities he would always seek out the oddities shop. He also started collecting art and eventually decided to start his own gallery in Long Beach.

Jeremy Cross is a very multi disciplinary artists. He has a very creative mind and he's always doing something. from their website, "...painter, pyrographer, fabricator, curator, graphic designer, musician, & performer, basically he will dive head first into any creative outlet he can find."

Cross and Schott were basically a perfect match when the gallery first opened. And in this new venue, they're both making it shine.

They both have interviews on the dark art society podcast. They are both great listens.
