Assembly of the Food Zine is underway! While that's chugging away, please enjoy this page from the Winter series, Shakshuka! This is one of those recipes that I discovered relatively late, which is a shame because it's so easy and soooooo delicious. It has motivated me to seek out the "easy, lazy" foods of every culture. So many variations of eggy-tomato and I'm here for all of them, to be honest.
