As we said last weeks episode was the 2nd lowest rated at 7.8, and now you have watched the lowest rated episode of the season at 7.6 but it can only go up from here. I kind of like what was happening this episode with Juliette, testing the boundaries with Nick, she's not just angry this happened to her but also starting to really enjoy the power that comes with it. Monster of the week not my favorite not even close. Probably unpopular opinion incoming. Juliette this season if anybody was in her shoes would probably act and feel the same as she has, (except for last episode with Renard). It has been said multiple times not just in the reactions but in the comments too, "Adalind did these things to Nick not Juliette" but that's a very outside, looking in perspective. I truly believe many people would be the same as Juliette, I know I would. Do I agree with what she has said and done, NO but I completely understand why she has.

James

I completely agree with you. It sucks how much people are just shitting on Juliette without actually imagining being in her shoes. We have the advantage of watching the show and knowing all thats going on and we see it in a different perspective like you said. If someone was truly in her place, i bet they would act similarly too. Even if you dont think you will, you could still feel and act that way in this situation because you cant truly understand unless youve been in the same situation. All her feelings are valid but she also might not be able to express them the right way.

The Mad Titan

It feels like these last few episodes have been more monster of the week with a little bit of main story mixed in just to keep it moving ever so slowly. But by now you'd think they would be airing more episodes with nothing but things tied to the over arching story like curing Juliette, her being in jail, Kenneth being in charge now, and being very aggressive with the hunt for Diana, and his search for Nick's mom. I hope they can start focusing more on the big pictureblk atuff moving forward with these final 4 episodes. I do agree with some of the opther comments a little in regards to Juliette being swayed towards the dark side by the hexenbeist in her now, but I think a lot of it is just her true personality coming out, and that she's basically just a bitch. Like on the previous episode, she tells Renard she better get her life back or therewith be hell to pay. She acts like it's his fault, well everyone's fault but hers, and how is Renard supposed to fix it. I know he just slept with her cause he was sore cause he just got beat up, was feeling shitty, though she was pretty, and he's a guy. But if I'm him, she's got to go. Since the beginning of the show, she has loved to play the victim. It's all about her. First she feels left out, then she's mad that she got dragged into all this. Then Nick basically get sexually assaulted by Adalind, and Juliette makes that about her too, and even partially blames Nick for it.

James

A hexenbeist does change you. It makes you into a completely different person. This isnt Juliette anymore. Shes changing into a monster like all hexenbiests. Shes also not able to control it since she suddenly became one so she has no chance to even try and be the old julliette. People fail to really understand her point of view. Im sure you would be a bitch too if you were turning into a monster and trying to stop it before it fully took over. She has every right to feel the way she does.

Wow, Julliette is really going bad quick. Flirting with stranger, vogueing in public, and starting fights. In jail it sounded like she was threatening Nick. Finally, Rosalee going to look into this. I don’t know why everyone was taking it for granted that Juliette can’t be changed back just because Henrietta hexenbiest said it. Why do we trust her? As for monster of the week, I’ve always liked seeing stories involving Native American culture. So for that I liked this story a little but I admit the story itself was weak. What the heck is going on with Renard. He has sex with Juliette, he mugs a guy and doesn’t remember doing it. Is this Because he was raised from the dead by his mom? Part of the bleeding from chest thing? The show is having timing issues. We got the Juliette storyline, the Renard storyline, Nick dealing with Juliette, and Monroe/Rosalee trying to find cure. We didn’t even have time for the Royals or Adalind. There really isn’t time for Monster of the Week right now.

TV Tropes calls this Four Line, All Waiting, when multiple groups of characters all have their own storylines so they progress in drips and drabs as there's never any time to move them all forward quickly.

I loved the Nick and Juliette confrontation in the prison, It was so electric! And then we are dragged back to the monster of the week...meh. I can barely remember it and I just saw it. Overall, I have really loved this season. The last few episodes have not been great, but the whole has been great. I just wish they had taken more time to develop the story elements that have been shoved to the background, such as Adalind and her new child, Monroe and his recovery, Monroe and Rosalee's marriage, whatever is going on with Renard, no real explanation yet, and of course Juliette's transformation. I loved that scene where she admits to Nick that she loves her new power, that it makes her feel special, and that she doesn't want to give it up. But I just wish we had spent a lot more time with her over the season watching her descent and falling in love with her new power. I really hope that we get a lot more of the "B" storylines as this season comes to a close. I still love this show and am really excited to see what happens next. Will Nick and Rosalee find a way to save Juliette? Will the royals get the babies? Will Adalind ever stop being pregnant? And what is going on with Sean Renard? Will he ever stop randomly bleeding? and what about his dry cleaning bills? I guess we can find out in the next episode. Also, I really want Trubel back.
