To remind you, the characters in RWBY are all based off stories and folklore: Ruby - Little Red Riding Hood Weiss - Snow White Blake - Belle Yang - Goldilocks Torchwick - Roman Candlewick from Pinnochio Glynda Goodwitch - Glenda the good witch Ozpin - the Wizard Of Oz Jaune - Joan of Arc Nora - Thor Pyrhha - Achilles Ren - Mulan Sun - Son Goku Penny - Pinnochio Cinder - Cinderella Neo - Mary Poppins * Neo's design is actually based off a cosplayer who dressed as a genderbent Torchwick and Penny hiccups whenever she lies just as Pinnochio's nose when he lies

The creator Monty Oum had planned to do more with that post credit scene down the line, but sadly he passed away after season 2 due to a severe allegic reaction so we don't know if the post credit scene is actually a flashfoward or a dream or whatever but is still certain that Katana lady is Yang's mom

oh I love vol. 2 its one of my favorites of the first 3, I do hope you listen to the first two soundtracks on your own time.

I got some help the last couple months selecting RWBY but unfortunately, I am committed to other things for the next 2 months. I don't expect Shan to continue it on her own but I am glad that she seems to be enjoying it and this season went over better than the first. At least now I know I have something to keep picking in the future. I may have to request future seasons piecemeal, because I don't expect more people to keep helping, plus the seasons kept getting longer with each one. But we will see what the future holds.

Thanks for picking at least this! This is probably the number one show i would pick if I’m ever lucky enough to get a slot. Just when or if you pick Season 3, make sure she rewatches the first two season before starting 3

Why would she need to rewatch them? That would be a lot to ask, as most of her free time is spent on reactions. I'm sure she will pick up on things fine.

We should try to get her to watch Volume 3 just to close out the chapter/arc that runs through the first 3. After that leave it up to her if she wants to continue.

@bkhollister - It's not about the cost. The way the pilot tier works is, each month every person in the tier gets one pick. That pick has to be under an hour. Or, you can get another person in the tier to help if it's over an hour. I was fortunate to have help selecting the entirety of Vol 1 for one month. Then the following month, I had a pick banked, which means there was one month I didn't select anything, to save for a future pick. So 2 picks, plus help from another person made it so I was able to select the entirety of Vol 2 the following month. Going forward, it will be difficult to select entire volumes at once, since they kept increasing in length. Plus, that would be a lot to ask of Shan to sit and watch the same show for 3, 4, or 5 hours plus at a time (that she isn't binging for the regular schedule). This month and next month, I already promised my picks to 2 different people, so unless someone else in the tier wants to continue it, we won't see more RWBY until at least late October/early November.
