The tier has been around for like 2 and a half years now and it's been a blast doing your pilots.

Don't worry this isn't me deciding not to do them anymore, I'll be doing these forever!

I have come to an issue that has occurred on multiple occasions and wanted to discuss with you guys about what you think should happen.

As you all know the tier gives you 1 hour (60 minutes) which you can fill with two 20 minute episodes or one 40-50m episode.

If you want a movie, depending on how long the movie is you'd need to bank the month and then select it when you have the appropriate time. (If a movie is 1 hour 30 minutes, that's two months).

Here is the issue I have.

Sometimes people can select a pilot without looking at the runtime and it can end up being a few minutes over the 60 minute limit.

This causes me to have to ask them to bank and select for another month most of the time (unless someone helps them that month) but I always feel scummy about it. I mean a few minutes over is just a few minutes right?

If I were to be lenient with this then 5 minutes over could end up being 10 minutes to another person and then so on. It also could upset others that have had to bank for that exact purpose in the past.

I just feel awful asking somebody, "Hey your selection is over 60 minutes by 5 minutes, you need to pay an extra $30 to get it" when in reality you could get a whole other hour with that extra month.

It's just frustrating me to think about.

I'm bringing this to your attention because I want to know what YOU think about the situation. This has occurred a few times and I'd like some advice on what you think about doing.

So any thoughts?

I'm OK with the hard 60 minutes rule but I won't be upset if it changes to allow a few minutes over if it only happens occasionally. I like the idea of not counting the credits into the time limit unless the credits should be watched.

I have nothing against the current rules and I think it's good with strict rules but also if you feel like changing the rules do it, always choose the rules that work best for you
