The flashbacks are great in this episode, especially the Alex and Kara ones. I've said it before, my 2nd favorite relationship in the entire Arrowverse is Alex and Kara's sisterhood so any time we get more details about that relationship it is always a good thing. Lucy is not my favorite character but I don’t dislike her either. I think she was introduced purely for the love triangle but when the writers realized that that storyline was boring they had to find something else for the character to do since the actress was probably under contract to appear in a specific number of episodes. Looking forward to the next episode which is my personal favorite of this season.
