I haven't gotten to the video itself yet, just your comments at the beginning, and I agree with every word. Especially the part where Stefan was the one who said "I can't do this anymore." Elena already had feelings for Damon before she turned, and while her feelings for Damon had gotten more intense since then, it's possible she would have kept trying to make things work with Stefan for a few more weeks or even months if left to make her own decisions. But like Stefan has been doing since Elena became a vampire and, in his opinion, has been "broken", Stefan made the decision for her. And while I have no doubt that she would have been in love with Damon either way, it's entirely possible that at least part of the reason she fell out of love with Stefan is the very fact that he'd been treating her like a broken toy.

Don't let peeps get to you about Damon. I have been Team Damon since Episode 1. Who doesn't love the bad boy. I have met both Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder in person. Ian is exactly like Damon when it comes to charm and charisma and loyalty to his fans. Paul is nice but a little stand offish. So if people were truly honest Damon is the best!

Bye, Kol. You were kind of a prick. And don't let anyone tell you what you're feeling is wrong! Personally, I don't mind Matt, but i love it when you go off on him, cos it's healthy to get other people's opinions. Stefan this season just pisses me off, at least when it has anything to do with Elena. Because he just doesn't get it... Caroline ditto.. And Caroline is my second favourite character overall, but boy did she make it a struggle this season. She's just projecting. Things are shit with her and Tyler, so she's meddling in none of her business with Stelena.

Jeremy is the one that gave April vervain, but Matt let him. Regardless, Matt sucks. The Delena vs Stelena debate has always been super divisive and people are just as committed to both sides of it so it escalates in a fairly absurd way. I love when Stephen plays The Cure,

Also , yeah remember how quickly Damon could of killed Jeremy when they were doing that training. If Damon wasn’t still holding himself back Jeremy would of been dead in seconds.

Aww I'm so sorry you're having a hard time with the commenters. I only watch on Patreon so I had no idea they were being jerks. I know it sucks but try not to let it bother you too much. This is a fictional TV show about vampires and werewolves - nobody should be hurting anyone's feelings over it. Also people don't seem to realize that you can like a character without liking what they're doing at the moment. I agree with you about Stefan and Caroline - I also agree that Elena was in the wrong about Rebekah in this episode, and I think Damon was wrong to tell Elena about Stefan/Rebekah. But I still love all three characters, and I want them all to get a happy ending. I personally just love Damon/Elena together romantically and Stefan/Elena as friends (also Damon/Stefan brother bonding - I am seriously missing that this season!). I know that you haven't been enjoying this season as much as the others and I hope the addition of the commenters being rude isn't souring the show too much for you. I would be very sad if you stopped reacting to it. I get the notifications for these at work and every time I see it it makes my day better and I'm so excited to get home so that I can watch it first thing. I hope you know you're making a lot more people happy than grumpy <3

Your opinion of Stefan isn't "wrong", but I think you could cut him a lot more slack. Nearly no one in real life would instantly handle this better than he is right now, and he has "heightened emotions".

I know we didn’t know Kol for that long but I’m sad he’s gone he had great charisma and was a fun original. Also love that you stuck up for Rebekah! I just want her to be happy to!
