Shan, why did you keep talking about the rules of wishes and genies? There are many stories about genies, most have different rules for how the wishes work. Including changing how many wishes they grant, some only grant 1, others granting 10+, or even entering a reward system (i.e. 1 wish for 1 act of true heroism). Oh and for Phoebe, she didn't say "I wish," but she was expressing a desire/wish. For Dan. I could never figure out what he was trying to do (Oh no! He is using the dreaded "I have proof your new boyfriend is dead, now date me!" method) But I also could never figure out why Piper kept calling Dan, going over to his house, etc...I think she doesn't actually want Dan to go away, because she isn't sure if it will work with Leo. Which is a pretty bitchy thing for her to do...
