Everytime I get to this part of Supernatural all I can think is poor Sam. Yes he did colossally stupid things. But the demon blood was clouding his mind and warping his judgement. He was truly an addict and Ruby turned him into that. Now Dean doesn't trust him and Sam goes off on his own. He's isolated emotionally (something Ruby also exploited when Dean was in hell) and feeling terrible guilt over what he's done. Just when he needs people the most he's all alone. No good can come from that. I also understand what Dean is feeling. He feels Sam betrayed their bond for a demon, and should have known better that to go along with her. But after Sam told him about Ruby saving him even he was maybe starting to become more at ease with her. What a bomb she threw into their lives with her deception and blood, this wreck of the boys relationship is the damage.

So in a content lull i decided to rewatch your supernatural reactions and i am 93% certain that the bridge at 8:28 is the same one from the final scene of the series. The landscape is a little different but there was a decade between the two.
