I do think the episode is a little misplaced in the season but Taraji Hensen was filming her other show and this was how it had to be. I can easily over look it because I'm just happy she came back at all. I really love this episode. It had me the second Carter entered the car, i miss her. The transitions were great. Mixing Reese's delusions with what was probably a real stake out was really well done. I still question if the kiss should've made the final cut of The Crossing but I'm glad they wrote Reese thinking he and Carter were closer than they were, it gives the kiss better context. I know Reese isn't for everyone but I love him and I feel like it's been a bit since we had a heavy Reese episode. I'm glad Finch and Fusco had a little scene with Carter, and I agree with Fusco about hot dogs.

I still remember when it was announced Taraji was coming back for an episode of POI, I was so sure it was going to be some flashback thing. But never envisioned them also turning it into her being an hallucination to John while he was sitting around waiting to die. They definitely got me good on that one. I agree, we never found out what happened to the guy who took the pills. Kind of a flaw in the episodes writing. But overall, that aside, I thought it was a really strong episode to bring Carter back in.....too bad it couldnt be more permanent.
