Character Spotlight: Atlas-Agena (Patreon)
Content
A vessel designed for long-duration spaceflight by the shadowy organization Xenognosis. The nature of her missions meant that her life was spent almost entirely alone, right up until she first met the Commander. She has since come to regard them as a savior figure, and is devoted to them with all her heart. Even the Commander isn't aware of the full depth of her attachment, viewing her instead as a lonely girl who just needs more friends. Whether the Commander will be able to heal her heart, or whether they will fall victim to her love and become eternally hers, remains to be seen...
As far as vore goes, the Commander is coming to the game fairly late. Vessels have existed for over a decade, and most of the characters we see have been around for years and are pretty experienced predators. Atlas-Agena, though, presented a rare opportunity, as she could come in to the game with no experience with vore and be introduced to it by the player (Perhaps this could be expanded on more if bond events ever make it in?) Because she would almost never share her memories, she's also more individualistic than the other vessels, taking both eating others and being eaten herself fairly seriously. Despite this, she has no jealousy towards herself, and loves having copies on the Base, as it means she gets to spend that much more time with the Commander.
Atlas-Agena was designed by TeeradonSs and written based on their descriptions!
General Update:
Sorry the hotfix is taking a bit! I know this build could definitely use one. There were a couple of other things I wanted to get out of the way first, but it will be coming later this week.
I've also decided to update they way I do character designs. Partially because I'm getting a lot faster at drawing now, but also because I've been really inspired by how good a job Don did on AA's lol. For the most part, all I've done is draw a B&W sketch of the character in the pose I wanted with no other references. That means not designing a character with colors in mind and only thinking of their outfit from one specific angle, which is pretty limiting to say the least. So, I've decided I'm going to start making color reference sheets with the front and back of the character from now on. It does add more work, but it's also already made the design stage a lot easier, so much so I kind of wish I had started earlier.
All that said, thank you so much for your support! I'll should see you in a few days with the hotfix!
