Op is from Myth and Roid. They are known for the overlord ops. 'Ooh mommy' thats Kaltsit. Crossbow girl is Meteorite. So the scene with the building is worse then shown on screen is that there is people being burned. Thats why meteorite covers her nose. The X however is the symbol of reunion, which you got right. Say hello to Frostnova :). Ending 2. (1.5 is same as 1 just differwnt visuals, and there will be a 2.5 too) As a note the ending is done by the same person who did op 1.

As mentioned by SoulWhiteAngel, the symbol was made of burning corpses. However, due to censorship laws in China, the symbol had to be censored. Additionally, every member of the reunion has the logo on their shoulders.
