Yang grew a red fire-like aura around her glaring in my direction. "We are training to be huntresses. We knew the dangers we are getting into could kill us, so this isn't anything new."

Sighing, I looked down at my hands. "You misunderstand. This wasn't a request." At those words, I pushed Ruby away from me, hard summoning a portal sending her to someone I know can protect them, Ophis.

Black shadows flew from the surroundings encircling my peerage and family. They desperately tried to dodge them, but being too slow they were caught and teleported away.

Weiss and team JNPR got up ready to fight me. I released my draconic presence stopping them from moving and collapsing to their knees.

Jaune passed out from fear and I saw urine going down his pants.

"What did you do to them?" Ren asked, drawing my attention.

"I sent them to someone stronger than me. So, they will be protected." I told him, opening another portal to the final vault left on Remnant.

"If they are stronger why not have them help you fight," Pyrrha asked, causing me to chuckle.

"I sent them to my girlfriend. Also, what kind of man needs his girlfriend to fight his battles?" I quipped. "Besides, she is someone I also want to protect."

I stepped through the portal, dropping my presence. In front of me stood two twin doors with three swords designed into them.

I felt someone slam into me from behind. Turning to see Pyrrha, looking at me with resolve. Sighing, I turned back to the vault.

"Am I that much of a threat to you?" I heard behind me followed by footsteps.

"Yeah, honestly, you aren't that impressive. Also, I have more matters to attend to." I told her, stopping in front of the door. Placing my hand on the golden door.

Feeling the fear and excitement? of my arrival. Strange why this relic is excited to see me.

"So, what is all this anyway?" Pyrrha asked.

"The gods can return when their four gifts are assembled. This vault holds the relic of destruction." I told her.

"I see... I can't let you do that." Pyrrha said, causing me to chuckle.

I knew she was like this. Fighting battles she knows she can't win. Especially, not without a weapon.

"Really, how do you expect to stop me? You couldn't move earlier when my presence enveloped you. Now you're trying to be the hero." I mocked.

She didn't say anything and put her hands up ready to fight. Seeing how determined she was I waved my hand summoning her weapon and shield as I did with Ruby's. She didn't even hesitate before using her semblance to summon them to her.

"Fine, I'll play with you," I said, ready for a fight.

Instantly rushing me ready to kill me. I flicked my wrist summoning two green pistols with a sickle coming off the barrel.

Criss-crossing the blades I blocked her thrust. Directing her attack away while putting one pistol in the direction of Pyrrha firing a shot. Her eyes went wide because I did this at a speed she couldn't process.

Putting her shield in front of herself, Pyrrha used the force to propel herself backward. Throwing her shield at me I leaned to the side letting it fly by. Keeping my eyes on Pyrrha. Who was rushing me on the attack.

"You might have been friends with Yang and Ruby. But you weren't mine. If you don't stop, I won't hesitate to kill you." I said, casually parrying her attacks.

"I can't let you do this!" Pyrrha yelled, causing me to sigh.

Rushing me she jumped up in the air going for a downward slash. Raising my pistols to counter the attacks. Feeling them tug in different directions.

Also, hearing something behind me I figured she was using her semblance to hit me from behind with her shield. However, her plan failed, when I let her semblance take my pistols.

I raised my hands catching her spear in one, her eyes going wide when she saw my other hand catch her shield from behind. When I wasn't looking in that direction.

Using her spear, I used her momentum and my strength to smash her into the ground. She gasped for air spitting up blood, along with her aura shattering.

She tried getting up still. Even if a few of her ribs were most likely broken. Her spear had slipped out of her hand, but not mine so I stabbed it toward her head with a blinding speed. She closed her eyes, expecting death.

However, I slammed the spear into the ground next to her head, cutting her cheek slightly.

"Last chance. Leave or I will kill you." I told her, summoning a portal back to her team. I left her spear next to her walking towards the vault. I heard her getting up, but didn't react.

Grabbing her spear she threw it toward me using her semblance to speed it up. I spun around leaning away and grabbing it and throwing it back to her. She didn't have time to dodge. It stabbed right into her stomach. Tossing her back into the ground.

Coughing up blood she laid her hand on the spear before sighing and putting her hand to the side. Looking at me she had resolved herself to her fate.

I walked up and put my hand on my face, shaking it. "I didn't want to kill you. Why didn't you just give up?" I asked Pyrrha.

"I couldn't let the world be destroyed or have a chance for it. I tried stopping you because that is what a huntsman is supposed to fight for." She said, her life slowly leaving her eyes.

"I find that idiotic. You should only fight for what you care for." I said, sighing. "Do you want me to save you?"
