All right so all might definitely likes denki at this point. He has spent a few hours working him to exhaustion, hours that are precious to him and ones he does not want to waste since they are fleeting. Remember that Denki already knows that all mights quirk is transformative so there isn't a reason to really spend all that time in that form when he could be spending it in his frail form and giving him advice rather than hands on training. Even more than that All Might has been keeping track of the relationships Denki has developed likely from Nezu sharing intel. I don't remember All Might ever really focusing in on the social lives of anyone in his class besides Deku. Considering the fact that all might seemed to far to quickly accept the increased recovery speed being mentioned by Denki I can't help but connect that too the theory that Nezu and All Might believe that Denki has some sort of perminant copying quirk. When All Might saw that Denki had the One For All Quirk he seemed to freeze for a noticeably awkward length of time and was uncomfortably focused on Denki. However later Denki brings up that ever since UA he has been recovering quickly that would just be another data point for All Might and Nedzu's timeline on Denki Kaminari. Denki healed quickly in front of nezu as nezu was pulling shrapnel out of his body and then didn't even notice much less get effected by midnight's knockout gas. Denki claiming he didn't have that before UA could be looked into and likely confirmed. All this just makes me believe that all might and Nez you have guessed that denki has a long-term copy quirk. It is not a confirmation or anything like that as of yet but the evidence does lean in that direction consistantly and I just do not seeing any counter evidence to that hypothesis.

Beyond even the data points is how Denki is being handled by All Might. I got a bit side tracked. All might spend all of their time training together in his full power form, in the other hand all might appears to also like Denki as a person or even student. I believe that All Might might have wanted to spend some of that training time with Denki in his lesser form to save on Hero time. Then Nezu council otherwise, they don't quite know what to make of Denkis situation so he liked wanted All Might to spend more time with him gathering data points. It is just that during that time Denkis while I am throwing myself into training to get away from bad thoughts gave off the impression that Denki is a highly motivated and determined hero-in-training like Deku is. Making comparisons between the two in his mind would naturally predispose All Might to liking Denki then which is why the offer of giving him a lift to the station feels like both a friendly I like this guy and want to get to know him... while at the same time giving the impression that All Might and Nezu both are still investigating Denki at this point. It could be either option though I personally think both is the most likely one of the 3 possibilities.

Now for the Momo addition of the chapter... I love it! The hints that the Mina fight will be only a temporary thing given that Mina is sending her other friend over to hang with The guy she recently fought with. Obviously the while meeting her at a specified time and location bit is also a potentially good sign... though it also possibly is a league of villians trap. More on that later. Anyways I am loving the chemistry between momo and denki. It does feel like you are pulling back from making her one of the harem in the beginning though and I really hope that is only my imagination being paranoid. I am getting some mixed signals here since the distance with mina and the training date with momo seem to be shifting the relationship to having momo... I guess I will learn more after the next update. Back to momo, it appears that momo has some sort of impression about denki... maybe that he finds hanging around girls to be more relaxing then hanging with guys? I had too little data to make an accurate guess at this point but she really did seem to enjoy spending time with him. Even loosened up a bit more with that belch she gave off. Good on denki for not making her more embarrassed there though. Working together with momo to try and up tech and upgrade her combat ability is nice. Working up a sweat with a guy that looks like a Greek god and has proven himself to be a step beyond her fellow classmates probably had her a bit flustered. I expect she went home that night and thought of him while reaching a peak. Dangerous life threatening adventure where she was sort of saved by him if only because he was a complete badass, then later he basically multiplied her combat capability, and he still continues to act like an alpha Male but is still being sweet on her. At the very least I expect her to have a big crush on Denki.

Now my thoughts on the meeting next chapter. It can go one of two ways; either it is a trap from the league of villains, or he is actually meeting Mina. If it is a meeting with Mina then I don't really need to put too much more thought into it since it's likely them making up. However if it is as I suspect a trap from the league of villains with potentially Mina as a hostage? But that there has an entirely different outcome from this. If it is a trap and his perks work on Mina then mr. Hand job will be in for a bit of a rough surprise. He likely wants to kill Denkis girlfriend in front of him but then she doesn't dust and they potentially get away. If there is not hostage and it is just a normal ambush then denki might be kidnapped via portal and placed into a rubber room or something. Maybe a sealed room so he slowly suffocates? There is a lot of possibilities here but I must reiterate that I really want momo as part of the harem before denki leaves this world.

I'm genuinely liking the interactions with All Might. It'd be interesting if your proganist can use the same power sharing ability he used with Mina to share his regeneration with All Might. Think of it as not merely a checkbox in the "good protagonist" trope, but as adding ammunition to future badass battles by giving the good guys a bit more ammunition. Take canon off the rails a bit and One Punch this bitch.
