I have a funny feeling that All Might could sense One for All in Denki there at the end. There have been times in the show where the two users of that quirk could sense stuff about each other. Then there is the whole fact that All Might is more sensitive to that quirk since he was originally quirkless and so has a baseline to judge off of there.

So good odds that All Might sensed a juvenile All for One in Denki there and decided to roll with it since all he knows about the kid is he has the heart of a true hero, risking it all to save people. Even standing up to his teacher which no other student does in Japan... at least in a righteous and respectful manner. All Might could have also been nostalgic about his attitude.

I fully expect him to be in a meeting with nezu after he shares a few tips that he had promised. This isn't time sensitive information after all so he can follow Denkis advice of all warfare is deception. Spend a few minutes feeling out the limitations of this new baby one for all quirk and share what he has learned with the local supercomputer to see if there was anything he had missed about Denki. Best of all the assumption that they are most likely to jump to is that Denkis quirk is not actually electricity based. No he actually is a copy quirk that works to copy off of people he spends time around, probably in stressful situations. That recovery after the fight against the regenerater and shock absorber (side not: if denki picked up the regen quirk he also picked up shock absorption as well... it is just since both are passive effects and weak they aren't showing a strong effect yet so Denki is a little tankier then the average from having that quirk in his system as well. Remember all might was stressing the shock absorption quirk to its limits, so while regeneration got a work out from the pounding shock absorbtion would have had a stronger effect then even that) and then he literally starts healing in front of nedzu's eyes as shrapnel gets removed, then there is the whole ignoring midnight's knockout gas bit. The teachers are already suspicious of denki at this point so I expect nezu already is considering the viability that denkis actual quirk is some sort of copy ability that works long term.

Yeah rereading the chapter it almost goes right on out and just about says to All Might One for All is here. He definitely recognized that quirk there. So he took it well. Not sure what he is thinking but at the very least he us putting up the appearance of a good mood. Then again he is very practiced at putting on that sort of mask for the public. And I expect nezu is reviewing the security footage from denki training in their facilities to get new baselines for the ever growing copy quirk user they seem to have in their first year class.
