Luther related but not lex it's his mom and cadmus this will be a way to bring her into the story more

Yoy fools it's Contract Related. Jokes aside, it feels a little out of nowhere to be Leviathan related so I'll go with Cadmus.

Considering it was the Leviathan woman that took him after he died it makes the most sense to go that route

Considering they brought it up this season and not any other season, I think it has to do with Leviathan. Especially since it showed the Granny Goodness lady right after.

Could be Cadmus + Lex Luthor related as Lex and his mom works together now and so Lex might have given the order to protect Cadmus for some reason. Alex will have to deal with the pain and then go for Lex.

I think it's a bit of each cadmus is a Luther thing, and this season is showing that Lex is connecting himself to leviathan, it will be interesting to see how they describe it.
