They actually have the same Valentine's as the US. But they celebrate white day a month after as well. (I think they say that in the next chapter) And Aya is coooooming! Yay!

Ah, I was so excited for this episode!! And yeah, they do have Valentines Day in East Asia, but it's a little different in that usually it's just for girls to give chocolates to boys they like (or people they feel thankful towards, there are different chocolates for different feelings). White day is when anyone who received chocolates in February gives a gift in return.
