It's a shame the CW didn't pick up Wayward Sisters. The CW didn't really give an answers to why they didn't pick it up, but the best guess is that because they decided to go with the new Vampire Diaries spin-off instead of this one.

Legacies are based on much more popular TVD franchise and ratings are still bad. Wayward Sister wouldn't fair much better. Personally I would rather see Bloodlines spin-off.

I loved this episode so much. This was supposed to be a backdoor pilot but then stupid hire ups at CW decided to pick up another Vampire Diaries spin off instead of this. :-( Such a waste.

I loved this episode! I really like how Claire has grown and her and Jody could easily carry the show, but Alex and Donna are great as well. Patience is ok I think her acting is a bit off but I would like to see how she would grow along with her powers. As for the preview, I like how they used some newer rock by Halestorm for it! I am the Fire is a great song for this. Shame CW didnt pick it up. Also, the callback with Jody calling Claire "It's Sam and Dean. They're missing. The were on a hunting trip and I havent heard from them for a few days." What Dean told Sam first epiosde. "Dad's on a hunting trip, havent heard from him in a few days." Nice detail.
