i cant wait for their reaction to episode 5 cause im certain they're gonna be like "WHAT THE #^@%!!!!!. Also, i dont know if the crew know this but the 1st season aired years ago then the 2nd season got stuck in production limbo for 3 years. it finally aired last year and its half the length of season 1 due to budget reasons with the 3rd season on the way later this year

Can't wait for the guys to get into the real fight scenes. AoT really does a remarkable job and there are some soundtrack pieces that are absolutely stunning.

Question what is wrong with your website. I had to reset the password twice and still was not able to log into your site. Does it actaully work because this is issue every week where after a couple mins to an hour. I'm finally able to have access just to watch a 10 min reaction.

Ok, I'm being serious here. I can get over the way these voices sound (except Eren) ... but can someone PLEASE explain why so much of the dialogue sounds like the dubbing team just wrote everything themselves without looking at the original? It's not just me noticing this right? The dub uses so many fluff words. The sub is just brutally straight and to the point during dialogues.

I'm dealing with the same issue. I try to login to my account on their website and I know I just made one when they started reacting to this series, but when I try it says my password is invalid and when I report a lost password I still havent gotten an email on my gmail with a temporairy password or be able to reset it and I do wait 10 minutes before I try again

I might be mistaken, but it seems like you guys are under the impression that the military is only focused on hiding and Eren is the only who feels they and that they can or should be able to kill Titans more easily, but that is not really the impression I got on my first viewing. The military definitely goes on away missions to try to take back the land and do what Eren wants them to do, but the problem is the Titans keep killing them and they haven't made a foothold. It is basically a century of humanity getting his ass handed to them and the only real success they have is hiding in the wall. To a lot of these people the Titans seem as these invincible monsters and many have lost hope. When we get these characters who want to hide in the wall or join the military police to get a better life for themselves and have security it is less them being complacent and more of them being realistic. I'm in the minority here, but I sided with Jean more than Eren in the conversation. From an objective point of view while Eren has a point of them needing to be prepared and willing to make sacrifices or they will never get anywhere he is also being stupidly idealistic and doesn't really have any suggestions on how to do things differently beyond saying they need to fight. The people we saw in the first episode didn't seem like crap soldiers, but that they were similar to Eren as in they wanted to make a difference and fight back, but they had the fight beat out of them and faced a harsh truth. Jean's point I feel is often overlooked by reactors that just seem as bitchy or weak, but to him he doesn't think he or their class can make a difference and that Eren's ideas are stupidly naïve and divorced from what they can realistically hope to accomplish. It is not like Eren is offering any real solutions how to change things. He has no real plan beyond kill all the Titans and advocating fighting, but that is it. I understand Eren's point of view I feel like that is what the military has been trying to do and failing at it. It is not so much that people weren't prepared for the Wall to break because they got too complacent as much as well they have been trying to fight back and failing. The wall has proven the only effective method at the moment after a century of people going out and failing to kill the Titans and taking land back.

I agree with your thinking, I feel the same way. The first episode always sticks with me - the scene with the guys returning (as I think you pointed out as well) were completely destroyed mentally. The lady with her son's arm in her hands asking the Leader if her son made a difference (or whatever it is she asks) and he is just like no. None of it made a difference, he died in vain as did the others and its my fault. (Paraphrasing I know) but I always felt like Eren's lack of a plan and idealistic beliefs are annoying. I also started to feel like Mikasa's "Eren, Eren Eren!" was a bit annoying too BUT haha I know I get a lot of crap for that. Anyways, I liked what you said and agree!
