Who do you think the new female character introduced in this episode could be?

If not Williams daughter than just a new character. I thought young Theresa at first too, but that doesn’t really make sense because her story seems to be happening after the hosts went rogue.

She could be the Man in Black’s daughter all grown up. After all, we saw her last episode as a kid.

She's the weapon that men in black was talking about. He made a copy of his daughter just like Ford did with himself in season 1

My first thought was that she's the daughter of the man in black. I would expect his daugther to shoot people just to check if they're host.

I think she is either the daughter of William, or the daughter of Theresa and she's there to find out what happened to her mom.

Hey who else knows that Bernard is a host? Besides Maeve and that programmer dude Felix I think his name is? Because from that first scene with Charlotte in it this episode it made me think she knows about him somehow

I am firmly in the camp she is William's daughter. She has a similar look to me with her book searching for something and or hunting as she put it.

Alright, so my wild theory is that she is the Host that Ford was making last season and the host is based off of a young Theresa. The way she held her smoke, the way that she talked and even her voice sounded a little bit like Theresa's. I also think she's needed for Billy's game Ford made for him. I don't know why Ford would do something like that, but that's my way out there theory.

Something else, I feel she might be from a rival company trying to get info just like other companies or an investor and got involved in someone else’s shit storm.

I'd say William's daughter also. Clearly she knows her way around the place well so looks to have access to either money or the park through her job. As for what she is hunting, who knows? We also saw one of the diagrams from her notebook reappear a little later on the screen readout when Bernard was working on Abernathy

I don't think it is any of the three options here, and we don't yet have enough information to guess her identity or purpose. I would compare it to the Man in Black's identity last season; we met him in episode 1, but William wasn't introduced until episode 2, so trying to guess who the Man in Black was in the first episode he appeared would have been futile.

She could be a former Delos employee (and possibly William's daughter), trying to find proof of Delos' crimes in the world. Or if she's a young Theresa, maybe she'll show us what happened to Logan after season 1

I feel she going to be the story to show us what the ghost nation is doing with the humans, she also could be the man in blacks daughter or a reporter whos been trying to bring delos down with logans help.

Agreed that her similarity to Theresa probably isn't coincidental. Posture, body language (particularly with her cigarette), and tone are very close.

I'd say she is Ford's daughter. She has found one of his old diaries a la Henry Jones jr. and is just going in to find out what has happened to her father. She said she was hunting for something.
