I'm really hoping we find out more about the trash people and Jadis will give some details about what Simon was asking before. Otherwise what was the point of bringing that into the story?

Even after finding out that Negan didn't want her people killed, she's still going to want some kind of revenge. He sent Simon there, he's not blameless for what happened.

Well if Negan works his magic of manipulation, he could have her as a lieutenant, after all he will need to replace Simon. :)

She could have killed Negan already and if she wanted safety she would stay in the garbage since she cleaned and everyone think she's dead. It must be bargaining
