I came across this image and wrote a little first encounter story.

It happened at the end of the zoom meeting, thankfully. I was just wrapping up my points and handing over to Mark to close the meeting, when mid-sentence it felt like something got stuck in my throat. Not just some dust or anything, but like something large was inserted and removed. I was about to pick up the sentence when I felt it happen again. I managed to squeak out an "Excuse me. Mark." and dash out of my home office to the bathroom. I wasn't sure if I was going to throw up, or what was going on. The spasms were getting rhythmic, and each time they were just tickling my gag reflex. My jaw felt lax and I couldn't really close my mouth. I stared in the mirror and saw like in a horror movie how the muscles in my neck moved as if something was in there. The spasms were getting faster and faster, and more violent. I started having harder to breathe until it just stopped. It was like my mouth and airways were stuck frozen in an open, expanded state, yet I couldn't get any air. Then it just stopped. As I was gasping for air I choked on some sort of mucus discharge. I was coughing up something white for minutes.
