Roomie 2.0 (Patreon)

This started out as a simple let's-hypno-our-roomie story, trying to describe a dazed first person view. My first idea was just to change the speech pattern, having him say "bro" all the time. But as always, once you start writing there are more things you want to put in. I didn't want it to be magic, like he woke up with a different body. I was trying to find photos of Joe for a quite a while, until I decided to picture the breakfast table instead. Somehow I stumbled across the instagrams for Zander Hodgson and Troy Pesquera, and lifted a photo of them.

I wasn't planning on a follow up, but I got someone asking nice for one, and thought that perhaps it would be interesting to switch POV between the three of them. This guy also wanted to be the photo for Joe for the second part, and we did try a few times, but it kept being too low image quality or bad settings.
