You're gonna live Godzilla VS Kong. After that, I'd like to request your reaction to the Planet Of The Apes reboot series consisting of Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and War for the Planet of the Apes. They're an amazing and underrated trilogy of movies.

OMG! I'll come across as such a fanboy in this film but I have to say seeing Ghidorah live action like this was such a standout! I didn't recognize the three headed monster until it was out of the ice since we couldn't get a good look at it. But man! The reveal was handled so well.

Yes, but PLEASE do the original 1968 film first. PLEASE. It's a ground breaking movie and considered one of the best sci Fi films ever made. The new ones are only partial reboots. The first movie and it's sequel are still part of that series, they name drop the crew of the 68 film in the beginning of the first new movie, the one with James Franco.

Beneath the planet of the Apes from 1970 is also a masterpiece. It's also a great end to the franchise, including the new ones, they all feed into the 1968 & 70 movies

I think this is probably my favorite (and, arguably, the least-embarrassing) American Godzilla film.

i haven’t watched your King Kong and Godzilla reactions out yet as I’m finishing up the connected Apple plus Godzilla SERIS . I will next after editing but I was wondering if you guys plan on checking it out ?

The song at the end is a cover of the old Blue Oyster Cult song Go Go Godzilla from 1977. Also, it's unfortunate Joe Morton had so few lines - he pops up on screen and you're like omg, then he's gone 12 seconds later. He played Miles Dyson in T2 and he was a main character in all 5 seasons of Eureka among other roles. This movie had a great cast and some of those actors go nearly unnoticed like the teacher from Stranger Things that Charles Dance kills like 4 minutes in. I'm not sure what the post credits scene is about unless it somehow ties in to mechagodzilla from the next movie, or if there is going to be a mecha king ghidorah maybe in New Empire, as Mecha King Ghidorah is actually a thing since 1991.

I could be wrong here, it's been a long long long time like 30 years since I watched any of the OG movies with Rodan in them, but I want to say I remember in the old movies Rodan also had this power - where when he/it flew around or clapped wings together, it caused this huge shockwave that just tore everything around up. Either way, this movie was pure fanservice and I never expected it to be as good as it was.

I need to rewatch Minus One, but I have to say it's in a three-way tie with the original and Shin. All three are just the best in their own very distinctive ways.

Fun fact. All the outpost numbers, are the years each titans first movie from Toho was released. Outpost 54.. (1954.. the first Godzilla film) and so on. Excellent reaction y’all!
