Updated lottery system (Patreon)

Ok with the recent vote, I have come with an update with the lottery system. I will basically have two lotteries.

          - First lottery selects one name ONLY among those who voted for the winning character. This way, the lottery will not randomly pick someone with no interest with the character. I think it makes sense.

      

          -  Second lottery will select a name from the entire Tier 10$ patron list. The winner of this particular lottery will have the opportunity to send a list of characters he/she want's in the next character rooster candidates. The winner can send a minimum of 5 characters or maximum 10 characters for me to choose from. One of these character will be the new character added in the next character poll.

I am adding this second lottery for tree reasons: 

One, some have complained that the list of character to vote for doesn't have a character they really like. I can't really totally prevent that from happening. But at least winning this lottery will guarantee that you will have one of your favorite characters in the list. whether or not they actually get the most favorable vote after that is up the everyone else.

Two, to give those who did not win their favorite character in the poll a chance to win something. In this case, ability to have one of your favorite characters as the next candidate in the next character poll.

Three, It gives even more chances to everyone to win something.

Note: Winning the first lottery will not exclude you from winning the second. However, the chances of you winning both in a row are of course unlikely.

I think this will be for the best.
