Damaged prints issues - Poll for new shipping option (Patreon)

Good afternoon wavies~~~~ I'm just catching up on emails and messages! (Please be sure to email us at support@oceaninspace.com instead of DMing)
With my Patreon growing every month, it seems we are having more and more print damages. Probably a couple reasons for this;

• 1. We switched over to our new fancy branded mailers which appear to be more flimsy, and
• 2. We don't put any backing boards in our Patreon shipments (but we do in the shop).

So going forward in the coming months, I would like to ask what you guys would prefer.
My comments:

• 1 - Yes branded mailers are cute af, but I wouldn't be opposed to moving back to something more plain if it's sturdier.
• 2 - This is the big one -  we don't put backing boards/clear bags in our Patreon shipments simply because it takes a lot of time, labour, money, and space. Adding backing boards and clearbags to each shipment would take about 2-3 days longer to pack, and would bring up the price of materials, labour and shipping cost(weight). So Print Club, and Print&Sticker Club would go up $5 each. This would also require everybody having to physically change their tier to new ones with an increased $5, because I'm not permitted to change prices of tiers.

What we do currently is if a print is damaged in transit, we send a new (and reinforced with a backing board) free of charge. This costs less money and labour for everyone in the long run, but - I also realize it isn't ideal to have to constantly message me if your mail carrier is destroying people's packages every month :(

So I would like to place a poll! Please let me know what you would prefer... thank you everyone for your patience with these growing pains.
