Reminder to add your shipping info if you haven't already (Patreon)

Hi all, it's been awhile!!
I'm hard at work at revamping our new system for the new year, and I just wanted to make a general update reminder to please update or add your address to your account if you have not already.

I actually have quite a few patrons that still do not have their addresses properly inputted, and therefore they never appear on file when we export all of the orders into our system. This makes it quite time consuming having to go back through messages for missing addresses.

Therefore, I am implementing a couple new rules in the new year as to avoid us operating at a loss:

• In the future, we will no longer be shipping out rewards to Patrons with blank addresses and you will receive a refund if your address is blank.
• If your address is incorrect, we are no longer be providing refunds for returned parcels, as we have already paid the shipping fees, cost for products, and done the labour to pack your order.
• On the 1st of the month after payment has been processed  we will no longer be able to provide refunds or change the address inputted in your profile.

Charges still happen on the 1st of every month, and we will always post a reminder one day before in case you want to make a cancellation. (You will again be charged on January 1st for my Powerpuff Girl set)

As my Patreon grows, it's important that we are able to streamline shipment in the most efficient way possible for everyone and to ensure everybody gets their rewards safe and on time! This means that Patrons must make sure both their shipping address & pledge is up-to-date and where it should be at all times.
