Lola rework wip (Patreon)

In-between my larger projects, I've been putting a bit of work into Lola's rework, something I've been itching to do for ages now. The last time I so much as touched her files was as far back as 2014, and there's been a good deal of work to do there!

I'm really liking my progress, though. A lot of it is subtle updates, things like making her hair look a little more natural, little pose tweaks, changes to her body shape and face to steer slightly away from the more exaggerated features I used to do. And some new underwear, because why not?

I've also been working on her tongue, naturally. Lola's a particular challenge in that regard, since she already had such a long tongue; part of her "thing" was the fact that her tongue was the longest of all my characters, a title she's lost over the years. The issue with getting her that title back has been, the current longest tongue (Yayu) is already pushing the 3D tongue model I have to its very limits, so how do I top that?

For now, I've managed to squeeze another inch - give or take - out of it. I'll be sure to show that off later. And in the future... I'd like to re-make that 3D model from the start; do my own rigging, model it in a higher resolution, and just give it a lot more range to work with. A bit of a dream for now, but someday!

And in the meantime, Lola still gets her title back. :D
