Hey folks! We're off to the races with another week here at the factory! We hope you had a relaxing, safe weekend, and as you settle into your brand new week, let's take a gander at the shows coming out this week in the WHMu:

Starting tomorrow, the 2024 Halloween Spooktacular kicks off in grand fashion with a conversation on A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master! As you may know from reading the Big Daddy Dispatch, this year's Spooktacular theme is FOUR-OR MOVIES, so, yeah, every film featured in our Spooktacular this year will be the fourth entry in a horror franchise! You can catch the Spooktacular start here on Patreon AD-FREE at the $8 level & up!

Then Thursday, the FOUR-OR vibes spill over to We ❤️ Movies as we chat about the outrageous 1988 sequel, Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers! Sure, you could argue this flick is on the wrong feed, but one, who cares? And two, it's a fun-as-hell movie we enjoy, with a completely UNHINGED Donald Pleasence Loomis performance for the ages. It's a movie that made for a hysterical conversation and we can't wait for you all to hear it! And you'll be able to do so on here at the $5 level & up!

And finally, we're closing out the week with the second episode of our new Too Old For This Shit season where we're re-capping The Penguin! This show is off to a wildly good start, and it's been so much fun getting back into the TOFTS groove here at WHMHQ with these recaps. This show is available on here to our top-tier Walsh level subscribers at the $10 level!

That's gonna do it for this week, gang! Remember to snag your tickets for our end of year shows, including our upcoming SPOOKTACULAR worldwide digital event happening on October 23! The FOUR-OR MOVIE vibes will be on display then too, as we chat about horror master, Wes Craven's final film, Scream 4! And just a reminder, subscribers at the $8 level & up are able to bundle in their ticket for the After Party Q&A totally free! So click through and snag them tix now!

We hope you enjoy all the shows dropping this week, gang! Here's to muddling through the week as quick as possible so we can get back to that sweet, sweet weekend! As always, we thank you all so much for continuing to be the kick-ass Patreon supporters that you are, you keep this thing going and we really appreciate y'all hanging out and spreading the word!

Take it easy,
Andrew, Chris, Eric & Steve

I haven't seen the fourth Halloween movie... is this indeed the one featuring Dr. "I shot him six times!" Loomis and his eponymous catchphrase?

Looks like a month to die FOUR. Looking forward to the 5pooktacular next year. Or not.

Good lineup this week, I still like Spook-four-cular better as a theme title. It's just sweaty enough, but then again I'm not the professional 😂. Stoked for that Scream 4 show, one of my favorites of the series tbh

Question, and I apologize if this has been asked before, but will there ever be a collection of the Spooktacular episodes? These are the ones I relisten to the most, so easy access to them would be great!

Here you go, Melissa. I created a Spooktacular collection featuring horror-related content from across our Patreon and family of shows. Obviously stuff that's not on the Patreon, way older stuff in the Archive specifically, is of course not on here. But I'll go ahead and continue to add stuff to this collection whenever we drop horror content: https://www.patreon.com/collection/786258 - Andrew

See, but doing Spook-four-cular is just doing the same exact thing as Spook-two-cular, so we gotta change up bits at least a little. - Andrew

I am a big fan of Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween, and Scream, so this is a BIG month for me. Love you guys, thanks for a month that is a guaranteed banger!

The line where he shouts at people "I shot him six times!" is the 2nd movie!

The spooktacular collection is a great idea, thanks! I’ve been doing it manually like a fool.

Loving the Penguin and loving TOFTS!
