Hey guys! I hear you mention Tim Heidecker a lot which begs the question: are you On Cinema fans? The scope of that universe is astounding. As a big fan of both this show and that one, was just curious of your thoughts. Thanks for the good times. -Andy from Vancouver, Washington

Doug Bullock

How do you guys feel about talking in movies? I was at Longlegs the other day and there were two women behind me trying to suss out what was happening and what came next. I felt like one of them was going to ask when Tom Selleck was going to show up. -Doug from Sullivan, NH

My girlfriend and eldest son always chat away to each other when we are in movies, drives me nuts and embarrasses the jell pit of me.

Busiris

Given that we're in the "sweaty-ass days of summer" what's your best/favorite movie that looks and feels like a "sweaty-ass summer" movie? -Cory from Seattle, WA

Kureigu

Hi guys, do you ever find yourself enjoying movies that you really disliked the first time you saw it after revisiting? Craig from Glasgow Scotland

Ryan Hebert

Not so much a question as it is me realizing y’all might be the only people to appreciate this. I caught a rerun of Criminal Minds that featured Jonathan Frakes as the villain of the week. He plays a psychologist who treats kids, turns out he also abuses the kids. The thing is his character is made to look EXACTLY like William Shatner! Its season 5 episode 12 - The Uncanny Valley Ryan from Redding, CA

Brendan Klein

What are some movies you guys vehemently disagree on? -Brendan from Delco

Bryan Deiman

You’ve been hired to write a screenplay featuring both Paul Hollywood and Gordon Ramsay. What’s the plot? Bryan from St. Paul

Matthew Ackerman

I want to know what each of you guys consider your favorite sci-fi movie and why? Matt from Washington state.

Logan Anderson

What is a media you can recall that made you, for lack of a better term, "mad" about something? Not mad as if you had your time wasted, more like you saw something that was great but about something the author was genuinely interested in that you felt their anger though? You can cut this if needed be, but as an example, "Handgun: Deep in the Heart" is a revenge thriller, but the subject deals with guns in Texas, made in 1983, and it's shockingly relevant today. Another, Costa Gavras "Missing". I watched both of these recently and found myself angry, but they are angry for good reasons. Logan from Spokane, WA Edit: I leave it at media because if you have a book or music or video game or something, that would also be cool to get to, please share.

Long story short, I've been arguing with my buddy for several weeks now about which is the better movie: Wrath of Khan Vs Empire Strikes Back. The debate is ongoing, maybe you guys can settle it. Ross from Kilmarnock, Scotland

Wyatt Clement

Hey fellas! In honor of the release of Deadpool & Wolverine (or Deadpool 4/Wolverine 10, pending legislation), what's an actor/character pairing that sounds perfect on paper, didn't work in execution, but you think deserves (or should've gotten) another shot on the big screen? To throw out another comic book movie example, I think Uma Thurman makes a lot of sense as Poison Ivy, and probably would've worked a lot better in a movie pitched closer to Burton derangement instead of Schumacher excess. Interested to hear what you all think! Wyatt from Oregon, WI

Christopher Hainsworth

As we enter the August Doldrums - do you have a favorite August Surprise Movie? I remember seeing Premium Rush, as it was dumped in August and having a gosh darn ball. Chris from Chicago

Dylan

If you had to pick one movie as your absolute favorite of all time, which would it be? Dylan, from Tampa

Tristyn D

Why do some of you guys have more animosity towards animated films? I ask because my top five movies is Redline which is the greatest set of animation on film. Thanks bros Tristyn D, from Anchorage Alaska

Craig

Alien:Resurrection episode took me back to the one and only time I saw it, on a pirate VHS shot on a handy cam in a theatre. What’s the worst quality version of a movie you’ve sat through (pirate or otherwise) because you really wanted to see it? - Craig from Melbourne, Australia

Tristan

Twister, episode 69 on the patreon google drive, is that movie a WLM now? Why is the big dragon Vhagar so angry in House of the Dragon, is she backed up?

David Robson

I know you are all proponents of going to the theaters, but what movie do you think is best viewed from the comfort of your own home? David from Bothell, WA.

Dan Craftwerk

Do you guys secretly write for Cobra Kai? I swear in season four they reference so much of your observations. The show is self aware but not in a bad way. Definitely acknowledges karate kid 3 was crazy. Dan from Sioux City Iowa

Kevin Poole

Who is the best fictional president?

Maddie Gaw

Like many people, I was saddened by Shannen Doherty's passing, and then I got sad all over again about Luke Perry. Along the lines of how Perry was cast by Tarantino later in his career, what auteur would you have liked to see cast Doherty in a film before she died? Maddie from Oakland, CA
