So, what does Egee want to do? (Patreon)

This video winds up being a follow-up to this post where I talked about stuff I wanted to do with the channel.

The tl;dr: I want to make videos I enjoy again.

I've tried to stay positive about the channel but after finding those docs from 2015-2017, I really had to admit to myself that I'm basically making videos for other people instead of myself. And the worst part is that most of those people don't value me or my content at all.

I think the biggest thing from all of this is that Distro Delves (as we've known it so far) is dead. The audience has lost interest and I wasn't ever really interested in it, to begin with.

I want to get back into making videos for me. So in 3 or so years and I can look back and be proud of what I made and actually enjoy producing content.

So yeah, the September 2021 update post probably won't have a ton of Egee channel stuff on it but I've already got plans for a fabulous and spooky October 🎃
